  • Microphone (if needed for app features like voice memos)

All permissions are opt-in and can be adjusted via your device settings. Usage is also subject to the rules and review policies of the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our websites and app, including text, graphics, logos, icons, photos, and software, is the property of Door Gurus or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use our content for any commercial purpose without prior written permission.

6. PAYMENTS & ESTIMATES

All estimates provided through our websites or third-party customer relationship management (CRM) software are non-binding until confirmed. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions and scope of work.

Payment terms will be clearly outlined in your service agreement. We reserve the right to update pricing or service offerings at any time.

7. FRANCHISE OPPORTUNITIES

Information provided on www.doorgurusfranchise.com is intended solely for individuals exploring business opportunities with Door Gurus. Submitting a request for more information does not constitute a franchise agreement. Nothing in this website constitutes an offer to sell or solicitation of an offer to buy a franchise. Franchises are offered only through the delivery of a Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) in accordance with applicable provincial franchise laws. Franchise partnerships are formalized only through a signed Franchise Agreement and adherence to applicable provincial laws.

8. USER SUBMISSIONS

By submitting reviews, testimonials, photos, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and publish that content in connection with our services and marketing.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Door Gurus and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

Total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to Door Gurus for services in the previous 12 months.
